These directories, although originally bound as a single volume, were purchased individually by the Archive CD Books Project from various book dealers all over the world. After scanning they were sent to a traditional bookbinder who rebound them into the superb volume that you see here. Individual CDs of these directories are $25.00 each. Together this is a great saving.
