The Harleian Society published Familia Minorum Gentium in four volumes between 1894-6. This work was originally compiled by Joseph Hunter.

In 1931 there appeared on the market some folio volumes which upon inspection were obviously some of Hunter's loose sheets used in the preparation of his work. They contain many extra pedigrees, chiefly of Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire and Lancashire families, though there are some from other counties.
