To receive the members discount you will need to login as a member. Membership details will be emailed to you as soon as  your request is processed.

Yes, go to the membership category and choose appropriate item.

How are freight costs calculated and how are goods shipped?

The charge for shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $13.50 for large books. Small books will be charged at $8.50 and Magazine and other small items (eg small single CDs) will be charged $4.00. This charge includes all costs associated with dispatching your order.

If an item is not in stock what happens to my order?


If there is likely to be a delay we will contact you to let you know there is a problem filling the order. We will come to a mutual agreement as to how to proceed.

Why do I need 'cookies' enabled?

Our ecommerce software uses cookies to store the products that customers wish to order. No personal user details are stored in the cookies - only the contents of the shopping cart.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal and direct deposit to our bank account. Libraries and family history societies can arrange an account by contacting the GSV
